1. 《一起旅行》的内容是什么？What is “On a Journey With You”about?
《一起旅行》是大脚印电子旅游杂志二创办人——林道锦和林真云的第一本游记散文。新书以“爱”为主题，收录了五十篇他们在异国旅行时遇见让他们感动的故事，以及长期结伴背包旅行如何考验及巩固友情的过程。新书中涵盖的国家包括古巴、摩洛哥、突尼西亚、奥地利、中国、新西兰、缅甸、苏格兰、意大利、法国、冰岛、斯里兰卡、丹麦、蒙古、英国以及吉尔吉斯斯坦共十六个国家。
“On a Journey With You” is a travel book co-written by DK and CLOUD, who also founded Malaysia and Singapore’s first online travel magazine “Big Foot Traveller”. The two good friends have known each other for more than 20 years and have travelled to 10 countries together. The main theme of the book is about love and consists of 50 articles that were inspired by the people they met in their travels.
2. 新书是否有其它语言？In what language is this book?
新书暂时只有中文（简体），并无其他语言。
This book is currently only in Simplified Chinese.
3. 书的价格？How much does the book cost？
《一起旅行》的原价为 RM52 或 SGD29。
The original price of the book is RM52 or SGD29.
5. 新加坡的读者也付 RM52？Would readers from Singapore be paying RM52 too?
没错，网店的价格一律 RM52！由于新书在马来西亚印刷，故新加坡或其它国家的读者，必须付较高的邮费。
Yes, the online price is RM52, but readers from outside of Malaysia will need to pay for a higher postage since the book is printed in Malaysia.

7. 我住的国家没被列在邮寄系统里！The system says you do not deliver to my country.

8. 我什么时侯会拿到新书？When would I be receiving the book?
我们会在收到订单后马上安排邮寄。邮包须五－十一工作日方可抵达。若有延误，我们必会通知。
Once we received your order, we will proceed with delivery arrangement. The parcel will take 5 to 11 working days to arrive. We will keep you posted if there is any changes or delay.
9. 若邮差送书时我刚好不在，那怎么办？What if the book was delivered when I am not around?
别担心，因为邮包有挂号，因此邮差必须得到你的签名，方算完成任务。请你务必在填写地址的时侯，提供正确的地址和联络电话。
Don’t worry, the book will be sent with registered post, which means you will have to sign in order for the delivery person to complete their job. We would therefore urge you to fill in the correct address and contact number when you place the order.
10. 收到的新书若有损坏那怎么办？What if the book is damaged when I received it?
没事！请马上电邮通知我们，我们会安排更换。
Please let us know at once, we will send you a replacement copy.
11. 我不知道要买真云的封面，还是 DK 的，好烦哦！There are two different covers. I don’t know which one to get.

12. 该如何付款？How do I pay?
最直接、简易的方式，是银行转账（书的售价＋邮费）。记得加入邮费哦！银行户口资料如下：

另外，我们在网站使用最普遍的 PayPal 付款法。你若没有 PayPal 户口，可在 “结账” 时选择使用信用卡付款（如下图）。

13. 我若购买多本书，可以给折扣吗？Is there any discount if I buy more than one book?
我们是独立出版，故无法给予折扣。对于你的支持，我们深感感激！

14. 我想买来送人，你们可以为我特别包装吗？I would like to buy this book as a gift for someone special. Could you gift－wrap it?
